- Was there anything you didn't like?I recently stayed at the Cambria in RiNo, and unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of service recovery. The Issues: The "Silent" Downgrade: I specifically booked a King room. Upon check-in, the front desk agent handed us our keys without saying a word about a change in plans. It wasn't until we got to the room and found two Queen beds that we realized there was a mistake. Poor Handling: When I returned to the desk to ask why we weren't in the room I booked, the gentleman simply told me the King rooms were "sold out." There was no proactive apology or notification during the initial check-in process. Zero Service Recovery: Despite the hotel failing to provide the specific room type I reserved, the staff made no gesture to make it right. There was no offer of a rate discount, nor did they offer to waive the daily parking fee as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
