Very uncomfortable at a pricey hotel w/bed bugs & bathroom mold.
- What did you like most?This is the first hotel that I've ever stayed at that has bed bugs. When I reported to the staff and asked to move to a different room she was not surprised so I guess that bed bugs is common at this hotel. The 2nd room that they moved us to, the shower had mold. My family was too tired to move to a 3rd room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hotel has bed bugs and mold. Laundry was so expensive, $8 per load. I ended up paying $32 for two loads of wash&dry. We're not coming back and will not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

- Was there anything you didn't like?We stayed in the 9th floor but the lifts always stopped at the 8th floor when we were going down. Not sure if this is a technical bug.
