- What did you like most?Good location near restaurants and tourist spots, walking distance from Union station
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff was a bit rude as we were checking in (I was looking for the front desk, didn’t realize it was at the bar of the restaurant)

- What did you like most?Lovely staff, the hotel is pristine and renovated to a really high standard. Room was spacious and cosy. Comfortable bed, with kettle and TV in the room. Food for breakfast was a tad too expensive for what it was, but staff was fantastic throughout. Very close to subway, trams and PATH entrances.
