- Was there anything you didn't like?When I arrived at the hotel, it took the receptionist a long time to attend to me and open the door. She said she had given my room to another guest. She said that she had tried to call the help desk, but that they had not helped. After much discussion, she said there was nothing she could do. I had already booked for eight days and been charged for the first night, despite not sleeping at the hotel. It was a terrible experience. I was left homeless in Miami.
