Frustrating
- Was there anything you didn't like?At check-in, the prices informed were different from what was stated in the reservation. • The front desk attendant suggested that we send our luggage out through the bedroom window, which I found unacceptable. • The room and bathroom were extremely small. • We checked out the next day around 9:00 a.m. I forgot some items in the room, sent a message at 9:30 a.m., and to this day I have never received a response.
Excellent staff and accommodations…would definitely stay here again
