Reasonable by compromised by some...
- What did you like most?Nice room, good value
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a bit of an attitude problem with some of the staff. I have also a major complaint which is that I reserved a second stay after my initial stay which was 3 nights, I then cancelled it through Booking.com and I spoke to a member of the staff to ask that the cancellation fee be waived and he said that it would. A day later I found that in fact the Hotel had denied the request, I spoke to the same person and he assured me that the cancellation fee would not be charged and he also assured me that the notification that I had was some kind of automatic one that would itself be overridden. This did not happen!
