- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything was horrible I chose this location for my after wedding spot what a nightmare front desk rep overcharged me then called my room 10pm to tell me that I didn’t pay after showing her my transactions she got the issue resolved no apology from management no accommodations I will never visit this place again Breakfast horrible everything was burnt and dried out

- What did you like most?Joshua keyed a card for my room at 2:39am for 2 guys who tried to gain entry to my room. At check-in 3pm the guy ahead of me was given an added charge he wasnt made aware of. As well as myself, $30 add-on for unsecured parking. No shuttles to universal even though it was advertised at 5 or 5:30, so i had to uber it. The worst experience of a hotel ever, not good when i have to call orlando pd for the 2 idiots who found out the hard way, if the card wont open the door, the pissed off guy (me) will eventually. Emailed the manager after the police left and got zero response from him as well. STAY ELSEWHERE, PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS. $122 FOR A ROOM THAT WASNT WORTH 1/2 THAT!
