- Was there anything you didn't like?I cancelled the reservation upon arrival. They had no hot water “if I didn’t want to stay, they would issue a full refund. I took the refund. I later found an email sent mid morning telling me of the problem. It was sent well after my travel day started. According to the desk personnel the water issue was on its second day and repairmen weren’t expected until the following day
