- Was there anything you didn't like?It was my The worst Wi-Fi I have ever experienced in my life, only in the room where we had access to the wifi The room when we checked in the safety box was not working, the balcony was dirty and there were dirty tissues in it. The room was not vacuumed at all. I had to call for room cleaning every day, as they had mistaken a hotel service for an Airbnb. No water bottle in the room. The bed size was too small it was not a queen size too inconvenient for a couple. The quality of the buffet was terrible There is almost no service besides the pool and beach area we had to go in person to the bar and get our drinks. The Italian restaurant is a joke, after one hour of waiting you can try the worse itsluan food in your life The staff mostly do not know English even when you speak in English they reply in Spanish Too many kids and they can use any swimming pool they want The location is not convenient at all The amount of money I paid for this place does not match the quality and the service that I received.
