Perfect hotel for theatre trip
- What did you like most?Everything! Hotel was amazing. Location was perfect. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious.

Perfect Staff, Perfect Location, and...
- What did you like most?The staff was simply superb, helpful, courteous, and great at their jobs; hard to imagine ever having a better experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic for exploring, for dining, for just walking around and soaking up London. The breakfast was superb with plenty of buffet and a la carte options. The gym was large and well equipped.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I'm very particular about pillows so bear that in mind, but I would have liked a firmer and more supportive pillow. The hotel is an older building so you have to expect a few rough age spots, but I consider that character not flaws.
